Sometimes, as a small company, we cannot always have a lengthy conversation spontaneously, so we do suggest that you schedule a time on our calendar to have us call you. You can find this calendar under Contact Us. Scheduling a time ensures that you have our undivided attention and guarantees that you get to talk to a shot caller, not a gatekeeper. When scheduling, please provide photos of anything that is relevant to your project. This helps us to have better understanding when we talk. A picture’s worth 1000 words! Phone Conversation
Here is where we connect and discuss your project. We’ll determine if we can provide a solution for you. We will identify your needs and possible challenges that may need to be overcome. The information provided will give us an idea if this is urgent or planned work. At this step we’ll determine if there is a clear scope of work, unknowns that requires in-person diagnosis/ investigating, or if an onsite walkdown for planning and design purposes is needed. If you haven’t sent us pictures of your project by this point, we’ll most likely ask you to do so now. This can be done through text, our contact form or sending us a quick email.
Let’s Make A Plan
Once we have a clear understanding of your project and have determined that we’re a good fit for you, we’ll now discuss scheduling and timeline, along with cost estimates. If you are satisfied with our conversation and suggested solution we will arrange for a contract/ agreement to be signed, along with a method for a deposit to reserve a time slot on our schedule.

Get To Work
Your issue is now our issue and we’ll start working behind the scenes handling permits, contacting municipalities, etc., along with anything else that is needed before the job happens. You should expect a pre-job contact from us, confirming everything is on track and a description of what to expect when we arrive. Once onsite, we’ll work persistently until the job is complete and satisfactory.
Follow Up and Warranty
You can expect us to reach out to you roughly a week after the job is completed, to follow up and ensure that our services are living up to your expectations. You can expect another follow up one year after the job. These reach outs are to make certain that you, as our customer, feel well supported. We are confident in our craftsmanship and fully back our work with a 5-year labor warranty.
